Calvin McBride, the former lead singer for DC Mac and Mac and the Moochers, out of Decatur, AL, joined the group in 1996. Calvin not only was a great singer, but a showman as well. He electrified audiences with his vocal renditions of Temptation classics and classic Rock and Roll. In 1998, after two years of performing with the group, Calvin left The Flashbacks due to family/work commitments. He has performed with the group a few times since his departure and always does an impeccable job.

          Calvin has his law practice in Decatur appropriately title J. Calvin McBride & Associates, PC. Calvin states, “We are a focused law firm practicing real estate law and probate law”.
